Yarrow Primary School is shown by the red marker on the map and Kirkhope Primary School is shown in purple.
Yarrow Primary is a small rural school situated 11 miles from Selkirk in the beautiful Yarrow Valley within the hamlet of Yarrow Feus. Surrounded by scenic countryside and rolling hills.
The school has 1 class and a current roll of 21 pupils from Primary 1 to Primary 7. Our small pupil numbers mean that we know our children and parents very well and are able to support and meet the needs of all of our children by working closely with the school team, parents, community and other agencies.
We are a Green Flag (ECO) School and make use of our rural environment for outdoor learning opportunities.
For more information about the school please click on the link for our school handbook in the "Information for Parents/Carers" section.

Our Partner School:
We are very proud to be linked to our partner school, Kirkhope Primary School, which is situated in the nearby Ettrick Valley.
Staff from both schools meet and plan together and provide opportunities for pupils to collaborate across both schools throughout the year.
We also join together for specific events such as Burns' Afternoon, Sports Day and End of Term Church Service.
EARLY LEARNING & CHILDCARE
Our ELC is available to 3 and 4 year olds and is situated at Kirkhope Primary School. It serves both valleys as well as the town of Selkirk.
